Our Pilates High Intensity Interval Training Classes take your workout to the next level!
If you love high intensity interval training, then this class is perfect for you. With the intensity of a HIIT workout, minus the injuries, our PHIIT class brings a high-results, blood pumping workout into a Pilates studio.
We amp up the challenge by connecting you to our in-house heart monitoring system (purchased at an extra cost, or included in our unlimited membership) to ensure you are not only safe, but you are hitting your goals. A little bit of friendly competition doesn’t hurt either.
PHIIT classes are run by Andrew Curry, and are on Mondays and Thursdays at 6am and 6pm, and Wednesdays at 6am.
This class is not open to beginners or people who have not previously attended our Group Equipment Pilates classes.
