Our MELT classes focus on movement and mindfulness, designed to reduce stress and every day tensions. From natural pain relief, to restoration of balance, MELT classes will give you a space to breathe as well as the ability and knowledge to use this practice at home.

Pauline has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and teaches our MELT classes: gentle classes designed to be suitable for anyone who is seeking to slow down the aging progress and live pain-free. MELT is suitable for both older adults who want to stay active and mobile, and for young adults and athletes who want to maintain a fit, healthy body.

WHAT IS MELT?

MELT combines movements from Pilates, yoga and the Melt Method, taught by Sue Hitzman.

This class is ideal for people who want to improve their:

  • flexibility

  • alignment and posture

  • stability

  • sleep and digestion

This is also a great class for existing members of our equipment program who need to release their hands and feet to see further progress in flexibility and posture. MELT compliments our Group Equipment classes well by increasing bodily awareness and teaching breathing patterns.

Pauline offers group and private sessions, with classes running on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, and Wednesdays at 1pm.
